Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS FOR COSMETICS PRODUCTS

Due to sanitary and safety reasons, there will be no returns or exchanges. All sales are FINAL. If you received the wrong item in your order, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us at infoplateatre@gmail.com immediately with a photo and description of the issue, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If there was a problem or any damage done to the products during the delivery process, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for any damages/lost/stolen packages once the package is passed on to the carrier.

To return your order, please submit a return request. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days.

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible to be returned/exchanged.

NON-COSMETICS PRODUCTS

You can return the goods purchased on the site within 14 days from the date of purchase, if the presentation, consumer properties are preserved, as well as if there is a document confirming the purchase of the goods. In case the buyer refuses the goods of proper quality, the cost of delivery and shipment is paid by the customer and is not refundable (plus Sales Tax on this fee, where applicable) from your refund.

Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.Once your package reaches our logistics centers, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

RETURN OF JEWERLY

The return or exchange of jewelry is possible only in case of detection of a manufacturing defect. The presence of a defect is determined by an expert examination.
